REGULATIONS OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
- DEFINITIONS
1.1. Słodki Bufet - Service available at www.slodkibufet.pl , run by Sweetment Sp. z o. o., based in Wrocław, ul. Jarnołtowska 15.
1.2. Program - Affiliate Program run by Słodki Bufet.
1.3. Partner - A natural person running a business or a legal person, registered in the Program and able to issue a VAT invoice.
1.4. Customer - A person who makes a purchase at Słodki Buffet, under the influence of a promotion carried out by the Partner.
1.5. Commission - Remuneration for the Partner for redirecting the Customer to Słodki Buffet, which makes a purchase.
1.6. Affiliate Link - A unique link assigned to the Partner, used to identify Customers redirected to Słodki Buffet by the Partner.
1.7. Discount Code - A unique code assigned to the Partner, used to identify Customers redirected to Słodki Buffet by the Partner and enabling the Customer to receive a discount on the purchase.
1.8. Partner Account - An individual and dedicated account, created by the Partner as part of the Program, which enables tracking sales, verifying accrued commissions and managing the Discount Code and Affiliate Links.
- CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
2.1. Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge, provided that you accept these regulations.
2.2. Participation is open to:
a) persons running a business or legal persons capable of issuing a VAT invoice.
b) natural persons who do not run a business, are over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity, conduct unregistered activities and are able to issue invoices.
2.3. Słodki Bufet reserves the right to approve or reject any registration for the Program in its sole discretion.
- RULES OF OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM
3.1. The Partner promotes Słodki Bufet on its own website, social media or other marketing channels.
3.2. The promotion is carried out using an Affiliate Link or a Discount Code.
3.3. The Partner receives a Commission of 10% to 20% for each Customer who makes a purchase at Słodki Buffet after using the Affiliate Link or using the Discount Code. The commission rate is negotiated individually with each Partner.
3.4. The commission is calculated on the net value of orders completed by the Customer and does not include additional fees, such as taxes or shipping costs.
3.5. The Affiliate does not receive a double commission if the Customer used the Affiliate Link and used the Discount Code.
- PAYMENTS
4.1. Payments are only made for transactions that have been successfully completed.
4.2. In the case of cash on delivery transactions, the commission is approved after Słodki Bufet receives confirmation of payment by the Customer.
4.3. If the Client requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate received a commission, the commission amount is deducted from the Affiliate's balance.
4.4. The Affiliate has the right to check the amount of his commission through his Affiliate Account.
4.5. The Commission is paid on the basis of an invoice or VAT invoice correctly issued by the Partner and delivered to the Store's e-mail address. The Commission amount to which the Partner is entitled is the net amount, to which VAT must be added at the rate applicable on the date of invoice issue, and in the case of Partners not obliged to settle VAT, VAT will not be added to the Commission amount.
4.6. The minimum amount to be withdrawn is PLN 50 net. Payments are made once a month.
4.7. The funds will be paid within 14 days from the date Słodki Bufet receives a correctly issued invoice.
4.8. Withdrawals are made via bank transfer to the account indicated on the VAT invoice or the account issued by the Partner.
4.9. Słodki Bufet reserves the right to withhold the payment of the commission in the event of any doubts as to the amount of the commission or the compliance of the Partner's actions with the provisions of these Regulations.
- COOKIES
5.1. Słodki Bufet uses cookies to identify people who clicked on the Affiliate Link or used the Discount Code. The customer must allow the use of cookies so that Słodki Bufet can correctly assign the transaction to the Partner.
5.2. The tracking time starts from the moment the Customer clicks on the Affiliate Link or uses the Discount Code and lasts for 30 days. During this time, each order placed by the Customer on the Słodki Buffet website results in a commission being charged to the Partner.
- TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
6.1. The Partner may terminate participation in the Program at any time by contacting Słodki Bufet at the following e-mail address: bok@slodki-bufet.pl
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
7.1. The administrator of the Partner's personal data is the Store. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Store's privacy policy, available at www.slodkibufet.pl, and the privacy policy of Staqlab (which is the developer of the affiliate program application used by Słodki Bufet), available ON THIS SITE .
- NON-COMPETITION CLAUSE
8.1. The Partner undertakes not to engage in cooperation with other companies operating in the same industry as Słodki Bufet, offering products competitive to those available at Słodki Bufet, such as sugar sprinkles, dyes such as edible gold powder, edible silver powder, stencils. for decorating cakes and flavoring liquids for baking, during his participation in the Program.
8.2. In the event of violation of this obligation, Słodki Bufet has the right to immediately terminate cooperation with the Partner and delete the Partner's Account. The Organizer has the right not to pay the Commissions accumulated on the Partner's Account until the Partner violates the provisions of this paragraph.
8.3. The non-compete clause does not apply to cooperation with other trade stores or manufacturers of products that do not directly compete with our products. However, the non-compete obligation applies in the case of cooperation with other companies in the promotion of products that directly compete with our products, such as sprinkles, chocolate balls for decorating cakes and cakes, similar macaroons, cake decoration templates, dyes such as edible gold and silver, or flavor essences. .
- FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. A person joining the affiliate program who does not run a business accepts the regulations and undertakes to settle all commissions received under the program on an unregistered basis at the end of the calendar year. Sweetment Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for any irregularities in the Partner's tax settlements.
9.2. In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code.
9.3. The Partnership Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time and may be terminated by either party with a 1-month notice period.
9.4. Słodki Bufet reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time, and the Organizer will inform the Partner about the above change by placing an appropriate message in the Partner's Account or by e-mail to the Partner's e-mail address indicated in the Partner's Account. The Partner has the right to terminate the Partnership Agreement in the event of non-acceptance of the new Regulations, and the Partner should submit a declaration in this regard within 14 days from the date of providing information about the introduction of changes to the Regulations.
9.5. Słodki Bufet reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Affiliate Program at any time, without giving a reason.
9.6. The Regulations enter into force on June 29, 2023
